How long does it take to feel the benefits?
It very much depends on you and your own metabolism. The average person will normally notice the difference within 4 to 6 weeks. Some people have taken longer but if you have noticed no benefits within three months then it will probably not work for you. What if I am already taking painkillers etc.?

How long do I take it for?
We would recommend taking the full dose for six months if you have been suffering for over two years. After that time your may be able to reduce your daily intake but this depends on each individual and some trials maybe requied. If you are able to reduce the dose by half then we would recommend a smaller dose being taken daily as opposed to afull dose taken every other day.

How Do I take it?
It comes in a powder form which is mixed with around 200 ml of water. Just put the water in the mixing cup to around two thirds full and then put one slightly rounded scoop (supplied in the tub) on top put on the lid and shake. Then drink it down and try to keep to roughly the same time each day. The flavoured one is very pleasant to taste but if you do not like the flavour then you can add a fruit juice to the water. I personally enjoy it with Robinsons Fruit and Barley Peach flavour.
